One on One Soccer

basketballJoin ONE on ONE Basketall for After School Soccer at Valhalla Elementary School. Throughout the Spring, skilled and experienced soccer instructors will conduct a one hour clinic, once a week, for you and your friends. These clinics will help you become a better soccer player through drills, contests, and game competition.

Young Rembrandts

Grades 1-5

Thursday's: 2:50 - 3:50pm in D-4                            2019 Sessions:

Spring: April 11 - May 30, 8 weeks

Make this a memorable winter by signing up your elementary child in a Young Rembrandts drawing class.  Your child will learn about basic design and composition as they draw the Fish Below Ice and the Great Wall of China.  If your child is fond of sports, they will enjoy drawing our illustration featuring a Hockey Player. Besides strengthening your child's drawing and coloring skills, he or she will learn about art history as we present a lesson featuring the Mona Lisa.  Enroll your child today!  Young Rembrandts provides all classroom supplies and a trained instructor.  Classes are held immediately after school.  Parents are responsible for transportation at class end.  All personal absences are forfeited.  To enroll online, click here

About Our Program: Ceramics-Mosaics, Decoupage-Clay Building, Canvas Painting, Drawing-Mixed Media, Specialty Projects, Fused Glass & More! Students will get to experience a program where we use a variety of art supplies & techniques to help build their knowledge of art. Educating children on the importance of recycling and reusing is also part of our program. Studies have found that chess helps improve test results in reading, science, and math, and produces growth in critical cognitive skills. Beyond academia, chess influences social behavior including self-esteem, respect for others, patience, and good sportsmanship. And did we mention: it’s FUN!

Funkmode Hip Hop and Breakdance

funkmode-logoDoes your child love to dance? Can't sit still when music comes on? Then they are ready for FUNKMODE Hip Hop and Breakdance! Students will build their confidence while learning various Hip Hop dance styles in a positive, encouraging atmosphere. We have developed a unique curriculum to ensure they will learn musicality, choreography and performance skills each week, while using their own creativity and personal expression. This empowering dance style is great for girls and boys because Hip Hop is for everyone!

Toyology: Science through toys

Grades K - 4 (5th graders also welcome)

In these exciting hands-on science classes, we will build a variety of toys and use them to demonstrate major scientific concepts such as energy, electricity, light, gravity, motion, friction, magnetism and simple machines.  Each student will construct and take home a science toy in every class.  The classes will be taught by our award winning staff.  Each student will take home a Motorized Rotating Robot, Wind Powered Pulley, Static Charged Spaceship, Solar Powered Merry-Go-Round, and more...
